The MAXAIR® Ensure Readiness Sale Program helps customers keep their systems powered and ready for use with special discounts on batteries and chargers. These key components help ensure MAXAIR® Systems remain fully operational when protection is needed most.

All MAXAIR® System customers are eligible to participate. If you have previously purchased one or more MAXAIR® Systems, you can receive discounts on eligible MAXAIR® Li-Ion Batteries manufactured before July 2023, as well as MAXAIR® chargers.

(a) 40% Off Standard Battery

For a limited time only, MAXAIR®’s 2500-36TSC batteries are 40% off their current list price.

(b) 20% Off Extended Battery

For a limited time only, MAXAIR®’s 2500-37TSC batteries are 20% off their current list price.

(c) 40% Off Standard Charger

B) CAPR® Maintenance Kit

Keeping your MAXAIR® CAPR® System ready for use is important. To help customers maintain their systems, we are offering special pricing on the CAPR® Maintenance Kit for a limited time.

The 2099-24 CAPR Maintenance Kit includes one of each of the following items:

(a) 2061-08 Filter Cover Cap

(b) 2071-08 Helmet Liner

(c) 2590-05 Power Cord

2) Warranty Programs

MAXAIR® Systems does not have a product warranty or repair program. However, the product manufacturer, Syntech Int’l, Inc., has a manufacturer’s warranty and repair program. MAXAIR® Systems assists with the initial intake process.

A) Manufacturer’s Warranty Program

Syntech Int’l, MAXAIR®’s exclusive manufacturer, provides 1 year of coverage for defects in materials and workmanship, subject to exclusions and required claim procedures.

B) In-Warranty Repair Program

The In-Warranty Repair Program outlines the steps for troubleshooting, obtaining  an RMA, decontaminating and shipping your helmet, and receiving a repair assessment and return.

C) Out-of-Warranty Repair Program

Out-of-Warranty Program covers diagnostic assessment, repair estimates, authorized repairs, and return of MAXAIR® helmets.
