The Disposable Lens Cuff (DLC) is the simplest cuff configuration, designed for fast assembly, easy donning, and full-face respiratory, contact, and splash protection. Its loose-fitting design helps reduce the burden of fit testing and seal checks while providing clear visibility and cooling airflow for daily use.
The Gaiter was designed for daily healthcare environments where comfort, source control, and cost-effective use are key. It provides full-face respiratory and contact protection with cooling airflow and no fit testing, while the reusable filter and filter cover cap help support long-term value.
The Bonnet is designed for healthcare and surgical environments where fast donning, doffing, and easy cleaning are important. With full-face coverage, cooling airflow, source control, and an integrated filter, it helps teams stay protected and comfortable throughout daily care and surgical workflows.
Contaminated outside air is drawn into the helmet by the motor and directed through the filter.
The filtered air is then directed down across the user’s face through 10 airflow openings located beside the helmet LEDs.
Source control filters the wearer’s exhaled breath through the rear cuff filter, helping protect those around them.

The MAXAIR® Hard Hat Disposable Lens Cuff (DLC) is a simple, streamlined configuration designed for fast assembly, easy donning, and full-face respiratory, contact, and splash protection. Rather than attaching to a Filter Cover Cap, the DLC connects directly to the hard hat and can be paired with an Impact Lens that fits over the hard hat for added protection in demanding work environments.
